    Description

    Mazak FH-480 tool change arm with hydraulic cylinder. This unit worked great though there is some surface rust on only outer surfaces. Caused by the type of coolant that was used. It comes with whatever it takes to remove the entire unit from the machine including some hoses, hydraulic controls, sensors ( will be disconnected at the plugs, not cut off), bolts, hydraulic cylinders, ect. Shipped on a small pallet. Worked great and no slop in it. All guaranteed Except for the hoses. No leaks in the hoses. About 1.5 hours to remove from machine and install minus any minor height adjustment. Rebuilding the tool change arm is very time consuming and can cost several thousand dollars. This unit could save plenty of money and time. I can arrange freight shipping.
