Mazak FH-480 Pallet Changing Station Complete and Hydraulics Rebuilt,Works Great

Are you collecting a lot of oil in your chip pan and having to add hydraulic oil all the time but cannot see a leak? The pallet lifter hydraulic cylinder is probably the problem. Mazak FH480 Horizontal machining center pallet set up station and changer. Yes, the entire center lift cylinder portion of the unit was rebuilt by me in May 2019. The machine was used very, very little after that and I bought it and took it out of service in September 2019. All seals have been replaced and the encoder timing belt. This part of the machine is removed as a whole unit including the lift and rotating part. The only way to rebuild one is to remove it all, strip it down ( and I mean take most of it apart) and do what what is needed. This takes about 3 or more days and someone that knows how to do it and has the tools and would cost a lot more to fix yours than it would get this one. Average cost to have someone come and remove, rebuild and install would be about 00.00 ( about 22 hours} Exchange time is just about one day.
