    Description

    Daikin hydraulic motor for a Mazak tool chain magazine. Was on a Mazak FH-480 with a 30 tool magazine chain. This unit may work with larger tool magazines chains such as 60 or 120 tool magazines,(Please check your motor # and drive belt to see if this fits). I don't think this machine did a lot of tool changes in it's life, just no wear marks that show heavy usage. This unit worked great in the machine with no oil leaks. Position sensor is newer than the motor.  Cleaned the belt drive gear and other parts so it is ready to install. Electrical Cables included along with the drive belt. (Drive belt is in great shape but is not covered under warranty). Daikin motor model #: TM19A1-2V03-XTNK-20-196, Daikin Hydraulic control solenoids are Model #: LS-G02-2CA-30-EN, and  LS-G02-2BA-30-EN. Guaranteed to work or you money back. None of the control valves have been bothered so it should work great without any hydraulic adjustments. I can show how to remove the connectors from the plugs without damage or I can remove them for you.
