This puzzle is NIB. The puzzle pieces are still sealed in the original clear bag inside to box. There is no clear cellophane plastic on the outside of the box, also it is not known if there ever was, so this item is considered "NEW". There is a small area of damage to the outside upper right corner of the box (the front portion of the outer boxes), this is visible in picture number 3. Also there is a crease coming from that same corner down to the mid section of the box, visible in picture number 4.
